What's Happening?

 

Our Legacy Membership Platform has officially been retired. 👴🥰

 

If you are an eligible member, your account has already been transitioned to our new member portal and your login instructions have been sent to the email address associated with your account.

 

 


The vast majority of eligible members have already been migrated.

 

Your login credentials may already be waiting for you.

 

Before requesting customer support:

 

✓ Check your inbox. 

 

✓ Check your spam folder

 

✓ Search for emails from Urban Awareness USA.

 

✓ Most eligible members were emailed on June 16, 2026.
 

✓ Confirm you're checking the same email address previously used with Urban Awareness USA

 

✓ If you still need assistance, support response times may be significantly delayed due to increased volume related to the system migration.
 

Eligible lifetime members are being automatically transitioned to the new system. Monthly memberships, annual memberships, expired memberships, and promotional access accounts are not included in this migration.

Accounts must have a valid, active email address that successfully passes our email verification process. Undeliverable, inactive, or invalid email addresses cannot be migrated automatically.

If you believe you should have been migrated but have not received login information, submit a Membership Verification Request. Requests are processed manually and may require 3–5 business days.
